My website is hacked. What should I do first?+
Do not delete anything. Take your site offline if you can, change your hosting and WordPress passwords, and contact us with your website address. Deleting files or restoring the wrong backup often destroys the evidence needed to find how the attacker got in, which means it happens again.
Can you remove malware from my website?+
Yes. We remove malicious code, restore clean files, patch the vulnerability that allowed the break-in, and harden the site so the same route is closed. If the site is too compromised to trust, we tell you honestly and rebuild instead.
My developer disappeared and I am locked out. Can you help?+
This is common and usually fixable. As long as you control the domain name or the domain registrar account, we can normally recover access, move the site to hosting you control, and get you running again.
How fast can you get my site back online?+
It depends on what happened. A hosting or SSL issue is often resolved the same day. A serious compromise takes longer because it has to be cleaned properly rather than quickly. We tell you what we are dealing with before any work starts.
